With a strong focus on AI-driven solutions, sustainable business practices, and human-centric technology adoption, Lai-Lyn brings deep insight into the evolving landscape of Industry 4.0, renewable energy, and electric vehicles. As Founder and Business Development Chieftain at Pathway (2020–2025), she has spearheaded partnerships for two major German trade fair organisers, connecting Malaysian AI and technology companies to international markets and exhibitions. Her work has been instrumental in advancing cross-border collaboration and showcasing Malaysia’s innovation capabilities on the global stage.
In her ongoing role as Sales Director at Messe Worldwide (since 2012), Lai-Lyn continues to drive technology adoption initiatives, engaging with emerging industries and supporting businesses in navigating the opportunities of digital transformation.
