Marina Nagel is a seasoned engineering leader with over 16 years of international experience at Nestlé, currently serving as Chief Engineer for Malaysia and Singapore. She has held diverse roles across Switzerland, Vietnam, Côte d’Ivoire, the U.S., Thailand, and Malaysia, leading major engineering projects and factory operations. Her career highlights include launching a coffee capsule production plant across 13 markets and implementing energy-saving initiatives that significantly reduced operational costs.

Marina holds a Master’s degree in Process Engineering and a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from ETH Zürich. Fluent in German and English, with working knowledge of French, she is known for her strategic thinking, cross-functional leadership, and commitment to continuous improvement in global manufacturing environments.
