About:
En. Hafez has over 17 years of broad experience in executing end-to-end human capital development functions towards enhancing the skills of the Malaysian workforce. He is skilled in the areas of strategic planning, project management and implementation, training needs analysis, funding and budget control as well as process formulation. Furthermore, he has held multiple experiences within HRD Corp, such as Training Grant, Strategic Initiatives, HRD Corp Placement Centre, Strategy and Customer Engagement. En. Hafez is currently responsible for leading HRD Corp Regional Operations consisting of 8 Regions: Central (New Sector), Central (Legacy), Northern, Perak, Southern, East Coast, Sarawak and Sabah to drive high and quality levy utilisation of registered employers through stakeholders' engagement, industry collaboration and grant management initiatives in providing end to end solutions on training and development agenda. He is also responsible for driving upskill reskill, employment and employability agenda of Pusat Latihan dan Pembangunan Kemahiran Perak.
