About:

A compassionate leader, over 25 years of experience in engineering, quality, and Manufacturing operations management, with a proven record of driving business performance through honesty, transparency, and empathy. 

My leadership philosophy blends fearless execution with respect, empowering people while optimizing processes.

Proven record of driving organizational excellence through Lean transformation and people-centred leadership. I hold a Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from Newcastle, UK, and professional certifications including Certified Quality Manager (CQM), Certified Transformational Leader (CTL), and Qualified Trainer (TTT).

My career began in engineering, leading product, and process transfer projects, before progressing to plant-wide quality management as Quality Management Representative (QMR). In this role, I directed customer quality interface, supplier management, and certification programs (ISO/IATF), while applying key methodologies such as 8D, FMEA, SPC, PPAP, and APQP. 

Transitioning into operations leadership, I assumed responsibility for full P&L, KPIs, and cost management, successfully leading teams of 300+ across multiple business units.

Currently serving as Senior Manager of Manufacturing Operations and Factory Lean Manager at SMART Modular Technologies, I spearhead Lean initiatives that embed cultural transformation and operational discipline.

My contributions include the “Quality Shield Pillars” framework, enterprise-wide KPI systems, employee engagement platforms, and workforce versatility programs.

My professional journey reflects a sustained commitment to operational excellence, cost optimization, and the advancement of Lean culture within dynamic, high-performance manufacturing environments.
