Since 2023: Head of Business Performance Management & Smart Manufacturing , BBraun Medical Industries (BMI) Malaysia in Penang responsible for the BMI Target Setting Process, Operational Excellence, and Operational Technology. Before then, he worked as Senior Manager Production, Global Operation Project Manager, and Head of Operational Excellence in Medical Device, Pharmaceutical and Automotive Industry.
