About:

Dr. Wang Xin obtained her PhD from Nanyang Technological University. Currently, she is an Associate Professor at School of Engineering, Monash University Malaysia. She also serves as the Director of International (China Engagement) within the School. Her research focuses on machine vision, laser sensing, optical metrology, deep learning, non-destructive testing, and structural health monitoring. Dr. Wang has authored two book chapters and published over 80 peer-reviewed journal articles. She is a Chartered Engineer with the Institution of Mechanical Engineers (IMechE), UK, and a Senior Member of the IEEE
